life! The blessed country of Sweden has decided to switch to a 6-hour

Not to mention happier employees.
"I think the eight-hour workday is not as effective as one would
think," Linus Feldt, CEO of Stockholm-based company Filimundus told Fast
Company. "To stay focused on a specific work task for eight hours is a
huge challenge. . . . We want to spend more time with our families, we
want to learn new things or exercise more,” he said. Sweden, you really
are the best country in the world.
Scientists have gone hoarse crying out loud how working too much,
especially sitting on a desk all day long, is literally killing us.
Heart diseases have become common among young people, and you’d be
surprised to know that Indian men top the list of heart attacks in those
under 40.

ourselves working overtime and working tirelessly. As a developing
nation, we find ourselves with no choice but to slog our asses off to
rise to the top. Engineers, startups often burn the midnight oil, trying
to maximize their output. Not realizing it’s wreaking havoc on their
health. Is it really worth it?
